Gulp & Glow provides fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes, and quick bites with subscription-based and on-demand delivery. We offer:

• Fresh juices made from premium ingredients
• Delicious shakes and smoothies for every mood
• Subscription plans with daily, weekly, and monthly delivery options
• One-time purchases and curated juice bundles
• Delivery within our service areas in Hyderabad

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order placement are final.

Payment: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email once your order is placed. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with recurring deliveries. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges based on your chosen plan frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly).

Billing Cycle: Subscription charges are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. You will be notified before each charge.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial cycles.

Skipping Deliveries: Depending on your plan, you may have the option to pause or skip deliveries through your account dashboard.

Service Area: We currently deliver within select areas of Hyderabad. Please verify your pin code is within our service area before placing an order.

Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We strive to deliver orders within the specified time window, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Receiving Orders: Someone must be present to receive perishable juice deliveries. We are not responsible for products left unattended after delivery.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order up to 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

Quality Issues: If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Refunds are only issued for verified quality issues or order errors.

All content on the Gulp & Glow website, including logos, text, images, graphics, recipes, and software, is the property of Gulp & Glow and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulp & Glow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties regarding the health benefits of our products. Individual results may vary, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
